INDIA HARVEST LOWER SOYABEAN CROP OVER LAST YEAR
India’s Soyabean Production is expected at 11.87 million tons in the 2023-24 season marking reduction of 4.73% from previous year.
On a global scale, the world is expected to have good supplies of soybean throughout year. According to the latest USDA report for the 2023-24 season, here are the production estimates in million tons:
USA: 112.84 (Estimated), down by 2.97% from the previous year.
Brazil: 163.00 (Estimated), showing a 4.48% increase from the last year.
Argentina: 48.00 (Estimated), a remarkable 92.00% increase from the previous year.
China: 20.50 (Estimated), a modest 1.08% increase from the last year.
Worldwide: 401.33 (Estimated), reflecting an 8.61% rise.
Looking to crop size there is likelihood of stable prices scenario in coming months. Buyers should keep on buying from now prices at harvest are mostly at the lowest level.
Prices of Soyabean and Sunflower lecithins have reduced in the last 10 months as result of strong supply in India, Eastern Europe and South America. This is right time to start buying prices at current level are the best buy.
